About me
Greetings! I'm Pratik Kale, a Software Engineer based in Herndon, VA.
I have 5 years of experience in driving innovation and delivering impactful technology solutions, translating complex customer needs into effective product features through cross-functional collaboration.
Currently at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I work as a Software Development Engineer II on the Quality Enablement Team within the AWS Commerce Platform. I lead the development of a federated software framework designed to decentralize testing and accelerate global service expansion.
Previously, I worked at BNY Mellon as a Senior Full-stack Developer, where I built and managed a no-code/low-code workflow orchestration platform. My expertise spans Java, React, Spring Boot, and AWS Cloud Platform.

During my undergrad years, I was an avid competitive programmer, known as pratikgk45 on platforms like Codeforces, Codechef, and Hackerrank. These experiences honed my algorithms and problem-solving skills, culminating in the honor of being an ACM ICPC 2019 regionalist.
I strive to set new benchmarks of excellence as a 10x Engineer, driven by a relentless passion for innovation and growth.
When I'm not coding, you'll find me road biking 🚴🏼♀️, immersing myself in video games, binge-watching TV series, or enjoying quality time with friends.
